Acupuncture
Slender sterile needles at classical points, selected from your background, pulse and reactive spots. Ten to twenty needles, twenty-five minutes of warmed rest, one habit to test at home.
Opening visits ($95, 75 min) bundle the full intake with our read on things. Return sessions run $80 for 60 minutes.
Beside acupuncture · $100
Cupping
Glass cups drawing soft suction across the shoulders, back or hips to free the surface musculature. Round marks linger a few days — they clear on their own and should not be painful.
Most often folded into a needling session ($100 for 75 min). Your practitioner will say whether it fits your situation.

Therapeutic massage
Sixty minutes with June, our licensed massage therapist — deliberate clinical work, no spa extras. Neck, shoulders, back and hips, with cupping possible inside the same hour.
The same therapist at every appointment. Reserve massage alone or weave it into your needling course.
