Massage that stays on task.

Sixty deliberate minutes with June Callahan, LMT — neck, shoulders, back and hips. $95, the same therapist throughout.

Therapeutic back massage session

The hour

Treatment room, not spa.

June’s hours are deliberate clinical work: a brief intake on what aches, then sustained attention to the structures at fault — neck, shoulders, low back, hips — through deep tissue, trigger-point methods and stretching where useful.

No scented upsells, no cucumber-water ritual. Sixty working minutes, draped throughout to whatever coverage suits you.

The therapist

Familiar hands throughout.

June Callahan is an Oregon-licensed massage therapist beside our acupuncturists for six years running. Reserving with June means keeping June — she carries your shoulders’ history forward.

With your permission she and your acupuncturist trade notes, so table work and needling tug the same way.

Pairing

Solo or in rotation.

Massage stands alone for muscle tightness, desk shoulders and upkeep between needling courses. Plenty of visitors alternate: needles one week, table work the next.

Cups can join a massage hour when June judges the tissue would yield better that way — ask and it is arranged.

Practicalities

Cost, length, reserving.

Sixty minutes, $95. Table work is not routinely billed to insurers here, though HSA and FSA cards go through fine and receipts carry June’s license number for claims.

Reserve through the same form as needling — pick “massage” as the visit type and it lands on June’s calendar. Come five minutes early the first round.

Focused therapeutic foot and leg work
