Coverage, in order.
Ahead of the day: photograph your card into the booking form. June at reception confirms your acupuncture benefits — deductible, session caps, referral rules — and emails your share before you arrive.
During the appointment: you settle your portion and we invoice the remainder. Should a claim fail, you hear from us before anything re-bills, with appeal help included.
Beyond the networks: pay per session and carry a superbill — an itemized receipt bearing diagnosis and procedure codes — to your insurer. Many PPO arrangements refund a slice this way.
Bundles, candidly.
The six-session bundle runs $420 ($70 a session) against return needling. It carries no expiry, moves within a household, and refunds for untouched sessions.
It surfaces only when your written outline reaches six or beyond. Nobody here earns commission on bundles, so nobody presses them.
Calling off.
Life intervenes. Cancel or move an appointment without charge up to 24 hours ahead, by text, call or booking link. Inside 24 hours the session bills at half; untouched no-shows bill in full.
