Stress & sleep.
A churning mind at bedtime, waking in the small hours, shoulders that never fully drop — rest and strain treated as one problem.
HT7 · Typically 6–8 visits
What it tends to involve
Falling asleep takes an hour, or sleep arrives and then evaporates around 3 AM. Daytime brings its own version: a braced chest, shallow breathing, patience worn thin by noon. Each feeds the other, so neither is treated alone.
This is nervous-system territory. The aim is not to sedate but to lower the background hum — sessions are quiet by design, with long rests in a warmed, darkened room that many visitors sleep straight through.
Sessions & course
What sessions look like
Needling favors settling points on the wrists, ears and feet, HT7 foremost among them. An evening wind-down sequence goes home with you, because what happens between sessions decides how fast sleep rebuilds.
Courses commonly run six to eight sessions. Many people log their first unbroken night well before the midpoint; the remainder of the course is about making that night repeatable rather than lucky.
