Allergies & sinuses.
Seasonal stuffiness, sinus weight and a nose that runs half the year — care timed to the weeks before your worst season.
LI20 · Typically 4–6 visits
What it tends to involve
Spring arrives and the head fills: congestion that never quite clears, weight behind the eyes, tissues from October into May. Medication helps many people and still leaves plenty to want.
Timing decides much of the outcome. Beginning about four weeks ahead of allergy season lets sessions build before pollen peaks; starting mid-season still helps, but plays catch-up from the first visit.
Sessions & course
What sessions look like
Needles visit spots on the face, hands and feet — LI20 flanking the nostrils lends this section its name — with light stimulation. Most seasonal visitors come weekly for a month, then only as required.
Four to six sessions cover a typical season. Sessions sit comfortably beside your regular medication; nothing you take gets stopped or second-guessed here.
